Karen Hajjoubi brings the flavors of Texas to Rabat. With over 100 items on the menu, spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, Sweetopia is known for its unique and authentic flavors. Everything is made fresh, in-house, without industrial processes: our own flour tortillas and homemade salsa to the one-of-a-kind Chimichanga, decadent and creamy Caramel Cheesecake and artisanal ice cream.

Introducing the CHIMICHANGA, a true Texas favorite, and offering authentic Tex Mex and American flavors including burritos, tacos, nachos and more. Taste our handmade flour tortillas, fresh salsa and queso, along with other American classics like the cobb salad, cesar salad, and quesadillas .

Coffee: What is Artisanal Roasting?
Sweetopia FRESH ROASTS our coffee in-house and can also custom roast on request. The coffee is roasted according to the artisanal method and is offered for sale in 400gr or 800gr decorative bags. This traditional process is based on the roasting of small quantities of coffee at a time which guarantees even cooking where all the beans are roasted slowly. There is no added water or other additives and we roast the beans at a low temperature which allows extracting the maximum aromas without altering the original structure of the coffee. Cooling and degassing occurs smoothly over 24 to 72 hours, the time it takes for the coffee to stabilize its aroma.
